Meet the Founders

Dewi Indira is a mom first and foremost, with her adorable kids being her world. To keep up with the demands of motherhood, Dewi knows she needs to stay fit and healthy—inside and out. For her, working out is the key to feeling her best.
Having always been a fan of dance and movement, it’s no surprise she fell head over heels for Zumba and Pilates. As an instructor, Dewi’s mission is simple: she wants to help people feel good, stay fit, and have a blast while doing it. There’s nothing she loves more than seeing smiles light up the room in her classes.
Dewi currently leads Bbarreless, Pilates, and Zumba classes, and she’s also a certified yoga teacher, as well as a Pound and Strong Nation instructor. On top of all that, she’s an Access Bars practitioner, bringing her passion for wellness to everything she does.

After diving into Psychology and spending 12 years as a Human Resources Director, Esti decided to make a big change and embrace her role as a full-time housewife and mom.
Esti has always had a passion for exercise—after all, she was a basketball player back in the day! That love for staying active is what led her to team up with Dewi and Utari to create Feel Good Space. With her extensive work experience, Esti now handles all things operations, finances, and pretty much everything else at the studio. You could say she’s our Studio Mama!

Utari is all about crafting a better way to live—starting from within ourselves. Her mission is to help people live with less stress, more ease, and a kinder attitude toward themselves and others. She believes that true peace of mind comes from embracing who we are and appreciating our unique differences.
To bring her vision to life, Utari trained with the best in New York City, completing the Strala 200-Hour Ready-to-Lead training in Spring 2016 and the 100+-Hour Advanced Leadership Training in July 2017. With Tara Stiles, Michael Taylor, Sam Berlind, and Kayleigh Pleas as her guides, she’s all set to help you create space for yourself—think of it like the airplane oxygen mask: put your own mask on first before helping others.
And don’t forget, Utari is also our go-to wellness coach, specializing in supporting busy women recently diagnosed with type-2 diabetes. She’s here to help you navigate your wellness journey with compassion and expertise.
